This wine is produced from carob pods which are known for their very sweet flavor – in season.
It contains 13.5% alcohol.
Health properties:Carob fruit – also known as St. John’s Bread – contains calcium, minerals and iron.
Danue Carob is Kosherand under Supervision of: The Religious Council of Upper Yokneam.
Recommended method of serving:Serve cold or with cubes of ice, and in a variety of other cocktails (see ‘Recipes’).
Danue Carob is sold in the Visitors Center Shop at the Winery in two bottle sizes:500 ml. and 250 ml.
