Lightly saute shallots in olive oil with lemonpepper seasoning
Bread thinly cut chicken breast fillets with panko bread crumbs.
Egg batter not necessary.
Cook chicken breasts until tender.
Add fresh squeezed lime, parsley and dill.
cover and for 5 minutes.
add 1/2 cup of Danue pomegranate wine making sure to cover the chicken and the pan.
cook for 5 mor minutes and serve over couscous, or brown rice.
