Passionfruit Fish Fillets

81 prefer a light white fish like flounder, tilapia or filet of sole
Lightly saute shallots in olive oil whit lemonpepper seasoning
Bread the fish with panko bread crumbs. no egg better necessary.
Place fish in pan and cook on top of onions, low flame.
When fish begins to bubble, add juice of fresh lemon, fresh parsley.
dill, cover and cook for 1 minute low flame,
Then add 1/2 cup of Danue passionfruit wine making sure to cover the fish and that there is enough to cover the pan.
Cover and poach for 5 minutes and then serve over bed of rice.
The wine and panko bread cumbs will carmelize and create a great sauce.
